13" Rotor & bracket kit for 1965-73 Ford Mustangs, Falcons and other Fords
that used the same DRUM spindles. Fits vintage or late model wheels!
We offer this kit for those customers that already have (or plan on purchasing) a pair of Cobra style
2 piston PBR calipers, anchors and have or plan on using 17" or larger
wheels. The rotor we use has a larger hat offset than the Cobra rotor
allowing use of vintage style wheels without spacers or caliper/wheel
interference issues. For instance, a 17x8 Torque Thrust II with 4.75"
of backspacing will fit without spacers,
the backside of the spokes clear the caliper and track width is not affected.

Kit Features:
- 2 x 13x1.1" plain rotors. This specially
selected rotor has a larger hat offset than the Cobra rotor. This rotor allows use of vintage style
& backspace (Torq Thrust II etc.) wheels without use of spacers! Will not alter track width but requires 17" or larger wheels.
Late model Mustang wheels with larger backspacing will also work so long as
you use the correct size wheel spacer.
- CAD designed, CNC milled and laser cut custom brackets bolt directly to
65-73 V8 OE Mustang DRUM spindles.
- 2 x Custom made hub-centric adapter shims take up the gap between the hub
snout and rotor hub hole. This makes the rotor truly hub-centric.
- Grade 8 & 10.9 mounting hardware to mount the brackets to the spindles
and the caliper anchors to the brackets.
What you need: - can be supplied by us if you can't find anything listed
below.
- 65-73 V8 OE Mustang drum hubs. O.D. of the hubs need to be turned down to 5.90" to fit inside our rotor.
Easily and quickly turned on a brake lathe but if you don't have access to a lathe or machine shop, send them to us and we'll turn them for
$30 and ship them back with your kit.

- Inner & outer bearings & races, dust seals, keyed washers, retaining nuts,
cotter pins and dust covers.
- 2 piston Cobra PBR calipers & pads.
- Cobra caliper anchors with retaining pins and e-style retaining rings.
- Brake hoses and banjo bolts.
- Master cylinder. Early Cobra calipers used 2 x 38mm pistons, we
recommend using a 15/16ths
bore master cylinder. Later Cobra's & Mach 1's used 2 x 40mm
pistons, we recommend using a 1"
bore master cylinder.
