Centerforce is proud to announce the addition of SFI Approved Aluminum flywheels for the 2005 to 2006 Ford Mustang GT. Centerforce aluminum flywheels also feature mechanically retained starter ring gears as well as replaceable steel friction surfaces that have been heat-treated for abrasion resistance and long life. All Centerforce flywheels are CAD/CAM designed and then CNC machined to strict tolerances for perfect fitment and hassle-free, bolt-in performance. For maximum clutch holding capacity and heat dissipation, Centerforce designed these new flywheels based on the original equipment clutch size of 11” – instead of the commonly used 10-1/2”.
