KRC Aluminum Bolt-On Tank Features:

• KRC's 8 oz. aluminum reservoir tank is fulley TIG welded and mounts directly to the power steering pump, saving, weight and can eliminate the most common pump problem (inlet hose failure).

Every KRC steering pump is completely new, not rebuilt from well worn junkyard cores, and are purpose built for racing and high performance applications. Each is assembled in a clean room environment, run on a performance tester, then placed in a factory sealed box to make sure that you receive a perfect pump every time. KRC’s aluminum power steering pumps are the lightest pumps on the market, weighing in at 2.66 lbs. without pulley, consume the least amount of horsepower, are the smoothest operating and perform at temperatures of up to 70 degrees cooler than our competitors. With a 9,000 rpm pump speed, KRC aluminum pumps can run at speeds nearly twice that of any other racing pump.

The 17-spline slip-fit shaft and nut allow the pulley to be changed without the use of any special tools. Flow is feel in the steering system, and only KRC offers power steering pumps featuring changeable flow valves. This allows the driver to make small changes in feel without having to change an expensive steering box.
