The name Motegi was derived from the city of Japan where the Twin Ring
Motegi circuit is located. They are a strong supporter of various drag
racing, drifting and road racing teams, and continue to focus on producing
high quality wheels. Motegi wheels have crashed into walls at drift events
at over 80 MPH and have competed on road race courses at speeds exceeding
100 MPH, and continue to perform flawlessly. Motegi's motorsports division
is a real life extension of their already stringent engineering and
R&D standards. If their wheels can withstand the rigors of motorsports
testing, they are certainly safe enough for you and your family.
